Chairman Message of Quick Action Foundation.

We all learn in school that the judicial, legislative and executive branches of government must check and balance each other. But other non-state institutions must participate in this important system of checks and balances as well. These checking institutions include the academy, the media, religious institutions and NGOs.

In the increasingly global world, state-centric approach and monopoly to both public and foreign issues is growingly weaning. The participatory role of non-state anchors and underpins the view that state alone cannot shoulder the burden of statecraft. Hence, the role of all non-governmental organizations originates. Contrary to the widely held view that (NGOs) undermine the sovereignty of state and government. It is apt at this juncture to assert they have are rather complementary the task and responsibility of the state.

QAF aims to improve living standards of the oppressed and expanding its services for the welfare of humanity. With this in mind, we will continue in our endeavours to fulfill our main objective so that a continuous pathway is re-established and progressively moving closer to the realization of betterment of society.

As a non-governmental organisation, QAF aims to alleviate the plight of the vulnerable, improve their living standards and simultaneously exercise our sense of corporate social responsibility. Doing this, we keenly hope to resuscitate lives that have fallen apart.

Another important objective for QAF is to secure substantial funding sources for our operations and projects. This is where support and contribution from the public and private sectors are crucial to ensure that the planned initiatives can be implemented effectively.

QAF is not a profit making organization rather public service organisation. Our objectives are all public-oriented and therefore we solicit both corporate and public cooperation towards the realization of our noble intentions. We seek to support the public through the support and benevolence gesture of the corporate and public sectors.

As a relatively young NGO, Quick Action Foundation is already moving towards the right direction and has made progress largely due to the commitment of the people and conservation partners who have come to give nature a helping hand.

We are proud to state despite our relatively term of existence that we have made fairly good progress in community development. Such proudly mentionable achievements owe so much to the collaborative gesture of the public and partners we have worked with in alleviating the lot and plight of the needy, less privileged and vulnerable Pakistanis.

Do join us in supporting our cause- we invite you to be part of this noble initiative for the long term benefit of our country and its citizens.

The cooperation of the general public is humbly solicited and we are also asking the corporate sectors to join us in this noble cause and initiative geared at turning around a hopeless to hopeful.

Thank you.

Chairman, Board of Directors.
